Before finding this page, I imagined it to be pretty simple to make the process efficient, and it is. My favorite part of the whole thing is the fact that employees take breaks every 65 minutes to do a few exercises, or calisthenics. I think America needs more of that; companies encouraging employees to rest themselves, or rejuvenate.
